Does every option include a controller?
No. Package contents vary. Some products have controller-inclusive and vehicle-only choices. Read the selected option and included-items description.
Are batteries and chargers included?
Check the selected package. Battery quantities and charging equipment can differ between options on the same product.
Does the same scale mean parts will fit?
No. Scale is only one reference. Confirm the model, dimensions, mounting and electrical compatibility stated on the accessory page.
Are these vehicles supplied assembled?
Some are assembly kits or have vehicle-only choices. The specific product listing defines the assembly and equipment requirements.
Are the track and vehicle sold together?
Only when the selected listing explicitly includes both. Scene photos can show accessories or vehicles that are sold separately.
How can I ask about a product or an order?

Where can I find shipping and return details?
